Paleo

The paleo diet, also known as the Caveman diet or the Paleolithic diet, is an eating plan that mimics how prehistoric humans may have eaten. It involves eating whole foods that may have been available during Paleolithic times. Typically, the Paleo diet is low in carbohydrates and processed food and high in meat and fiber. There are many modifications to the paleo diet.
