Yummy Yum-Yum Sauce (paleo)

This super EASY and creamy, umami “Yum-Yum” sauce is a staple in my kitchen. I often dip my Chicken Strips and Low Carb Crispy Parmesan Chicken in this sauce, but I also love having leftovers for drizzling over steamed broccoli or spreading over white fish fillet before I bake it. In short, this truly is a sauce that makes EVERYTHING yummy!
Ingredients
mayonnaise | ½ cup | |
coconut aminos | 1 tbsp | |
rice vinegar | 1 tbsp | |
tomato paste | 1 tbsp | |
sea salt | ¼ tsp | |
garlic powder | ¼ tsp | |
onion powder | ¼ tsp |
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, tomato paste, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Recipe Notes:
- Make a large batch of this yum-yum sauce and keep it in the fridge, ready to dress up any quick weeknight meal.
- I use and love the Chosen brand avocado mayonnaise.
