Andrea’s Apple + Fennel Green Smoothie
This is a super refreshing, versatile, and quick smoothie recipe that can also be turned into juice. I will sometimes add collagen peptides to this smoothie to make it more of a meal replacement. Read more about Andrea here.
Ingredients
apple or pear (core+seeds removed) | 1 small | |
fennel | ¼ bulb | |
cucumber (seedless) | 2 cups | |
baby spinach or kale | 1 handful | |
lemon juice | 1 tbsp | |
mint, fresh (optional ingredient) | 1 handful |
Directions:
- Blend ingredients on high, or “juice” them.
- Enjoy!
