Oven Roasted Broccoli

Oven-Roasted Broccoli is so simple, easy, and delicious! This recipe has been a staple in my starch-free kitchen – especially during the early elimination diet days! Sometimes, when I am looking for a bit of a change, I’ll serve this with a side of my Honey Mustard Dressing.
Ingredients
broccoli | 1 head | |
olive oil | 2 tbsp | |
sea salt | 2 pinches |
Directions:
- Cut broccoli into large florets.
- Toss in olive oil and sea salt. Spread out on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until broccoli starts to wilt and get a little dark on the edges.
- Serve immediately.
