Andrea’s Creamsicle Smoothie
I love how refreshing Andrea’s Creamsicle Smoothie is! I often add collagen peptides to this recipe to make it a meal replacement. I love how this makes a super easy and quick lunch when served alongside my High Protein Hemp Bread.
Ingredients
mandarins, small, peel removed | 3 | |
mandarin orange zest, optional | 1 | |
spinach, organic | 1 handful | |
coconut milk | ½ cup | |
ice cubes | 1 cup | |
collagen peptides* optional | 2 tbsp | |
*honey, optional | ½ tbsp |
Directions:
- Blend together in a high-speed blender until creamy.
