Simple Chocolate Brownies

I love how quick and easy these Simple Chocolate Brownies are to make! I usually freeze them individually wrapped for a quick grab-and-go treat. For the photo, I drizzled a little of my magic shell chocolate sauce over the top.
Dietary Notes for Simple Chocolate Brownies:
Egg-Free/Vegan Version: In place of one egg you can use 1 Tablespoon of ground chia seeds mixed with 3 Tablespoons of water. If using chia, just grind them in a coffee grinder into a powder before measuring. If you don’t have a coffee grinder you can still use the chia seeds whole, but they will add a little crunch to the brownies and won’t bind quite as well.
