3-Ingredient Honey Lemonade
This refreshing honey lemonade is a breeze to make and a nice summer treat. Unlike store-bought lemonade, this is lightly sweetened (you can easily add more honey if preferred). I love having lemonade in the fridge when coming home on warm days.
Ingredients
water | 4½ cup | |
honey, raw | ⅓-½ cup | |
lemon juice, freshly squeezed | 1 cup (4-7 large lemons) |
Directions:
- If your honey is runny, simply mix all ingredients together. Start with ⅓ cup honey and add more, if desired.
- If your honey is firm, heat ⅓ cup of honey and 1 cup of water in a saucepan over low heat. Heat but do not boil. Stir to dissolve honey. Remove from heat. Mix in the remaining water and lemon juice. Add more honey, if desired.
- Chill and serve (with a wedge of lemon, if you feel like being extra-fancy).
