Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

This is an awesome little dairy-free Chia Pudding for an on-the-go, quick breakfast. I love to make these ahead of time and just pull one out of the fridge on my way out. But, sometimes I sit and enjoy one of these all garnished up nicely with fruits and nuts for dessert. Either way, it’s perfect!

Ingredients

non-dairy milk of choice 1 cup
chia seeds ¼ cup
sweetener of choice: honey or maple syrup 1 tsp

Optional Toppings

fruit of choice: cherries, strawberries, blueberries ¼ cup
nuts of choice (walnut, pecan, almond, hazelnut), chopped 2 tbsp

Directions:

  1. Stir “milk”, chia seeds, and sweetener together well.
  2. Let sit for 20 minutes, stirring ½ way through.
  3. Top with fruit, nuts, or seeds of your choice.
  4. Enjoy this simple Chia Pudding.
