Chia Pudding
This is an awesome little dairy-free Chia Pudding for an on-the-go, quick breakfast. I love to make these ahead of time and just pull one out of the fridge on my way out. But, sometimes I sit and enjoy one of these all garnished up nicely with fruits and nuts for dessert. Either way, it’s perfect!
Ingredients
non-dairy milk of choice | 1 cup | |
chia seeds | ¼ cup | |
sweetener of choice: honey or maple syrup | 1 tsp |
Optional Toppings
fruit of choice: cherries, strawberries, blueberries | ¼ cup | |
nuts of choice (walnut, pecan, almond, hazelnut), chopped | 2 tbsp |
Directions:
- Stir “milk”, chia seeds, and sweetener together well.
- Let sit for 20 minutes, stirring ½ way through.
- Top with fruit, nuts, or seeds of your choice.
- Enjoy this simple Chia Pudding.
